All clients are provided with a superbill to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Payment is required at time of service. I take HSA.FSA, credit, check or cash for all home visits.
A credit card is used to secure your appointment. Cancellations under 48 hours notice without reschedule will be charged in full.

First visit in your home. Encompasses anything related to your breastfeeding journey. Most families have their initial visit within first week after birth.
Home visits are always paid in full at the time of service. I will submit a superbill to your insurance for reimbursement but it is not guaranteed. Please contact your insurance company to confirm reimbursement.

Prenatal Lactation Consult

Bottle Refusal

Can be virtual or in person. I will help you identify reason for bottle refusal and help you and your baby work together. I have several bottles that are sanitized and will also work with what you have at home.
