Insurance
Leah is in network with Aetna & Cigna. There is a fee for home visits for Cigna clients.
All clients are provided with a superbill (with the exception of Aetna & Cigna) to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Payment is required at time of service. I take HSA/FSA, credit, check or cash for all home visits.
A credit card is used to secure your appointment. Cancellations under 48 hours notice without reschedule will be charged in full. Your card is not charged until after your visit.

Initial Home Consultation
$375
Encompasses anything related to your breastfeeding journey. Most families have their initial visit within first week after birth.
Visits are always paid in full at the time of service. I will provide a superbill for you to submit your insurance for reimbursement but it is not guaranteed. Please contact your insurance company to confirm reimbursement.
Follow Up Home Consultation
$325
May be scheduled after initial visit. I do not routinely scheduled follow ups but will work with you in discussing if follow up is advised.

Prenatal Consultation
$250
1:1 Prenatal lactation consult with comprehensive health history and individualized plan
Great for mothers that have had prior breastfeeding difficulty
Ideal for first time parents that want a plan to help get breastfeeding off to a good start right after birth
Offered virtually, or my home office
Bottle Refusal
$350
Can be virtual or in person. I will help you identify reason for bottle refusal and help you and your baby work together. I have several bottles that are sanitized and will also work with what you have at home.
Virtual Consultation

Continued care provided through virtual visit. Bottle refusal, back to work, weaning, mastitis, & plugged ducts/ductal narrowing.

Office Visit

You can do follow up in your home or in my office. Office visits are usually covered by insurance with no up front cost. Contact me for more information.
